SHAND SALVER AND MARTON DEVELOPMENT QUAD TEAMS ANNOUNCED

The teams to compete in the annual Junior Quadrangular against Manawatu/Wanganui, Taranaki and Hawkes Bay for the Shand Salver and thePelorus Cup, have been named.

The event, teams matchplay for both trophies, is being held at the superb Marton Golf Club in the Rangtikei district in the second week of the 1st term school holidays.

This is a first opportunity in 2022 for players to experience a teams event at provincial level, to learn off those who have played previously and to begin to improve and press their claims for further selection into age grade teams and ultimately inclusion in the National Junior Interprovincial teams events latter in the year.
