The annual Women's representative match against Canterbury has seen the two teams post a tied result at the Timaru Golf Club, after day 1 was unfortunately washed out by torrentail rain fllooding the course. On day 2 in pleasant conditions, the two teams posted 3 wins each, highlighted by Wellington's No.1 Darae Chung shooting a clean -5 under par on her way to a victory over the talented Maddie McLean. No.2 Danika Lee, made a clutch birdie on 17 to gain a result on the final green and secure the drawn score. These two teams will look to feature strongly at the Women's Interprovincial at Timaru in 3 weeks time.
